Summary

At home I enjoy making from scratch meals. Fresh pasta, stocks, sausage, baked goods and whatever suits the day. Always trying new recipes and regional foods. I was cooking farm fresh seasonal menus for the last 5 years. Some of my favorite things are smoked cured meats, braised meats, pasta, seasonal influenced dishes and easily made fattening pastries.
