I am currently working as a Pastry Chef at Kachina Southwestern Grill located inside the Westin Hotel in Westminster, Colorado. Previously, I lived in Northern New Mexico and worked for my parents restaurant since the age of 15. I was a line cook while I worked for my parents back home and I wanted to enhance my career by working with desserts and breads. For the past 2 years I have been working as a pastry chef.
