I also have the experience starting a food blog. I am a self-taught chef focusing the last three years on my craft as a pastry chef while working in a professional restaurant kitchen, as well as menu and recipe development. I teach cooking and baking classes. I have been featured and recognized in local media publications. I continually perfect my skills and understand the importance of technique coupled with the instincts necessary to express ones art through their hands.
