Chef we have 2 cats, 3 ferrets, a dog , and some fish. I work 2 jobs one at a cute Country Store making fudge the other as a pastry chef at a fine dining restaurant. I also own my own dog treat company where I use my pastry skills to create beautiful hand decorated dog treat. I have worked at many prestigious country clubs and private social clubs in North east PA including the Westmoreland Club a 5 star private club and Skytop lodge an amazing resort here in the Poconos. Wedding cakes and fine dining desserts are my passion and I have made wedding cakes that have appeared in Magazines including the Knot NJ.
