I love to cook. It's my passion and through my blood, sweat and tears I have earned the title Chef. I am Italian and while I love cooking Italian food, I also have learned several other ways to cook. Anyone can cook. Whether it's your first time or 100th, there is always more to learn. I may not know everything, but everything is not known yet anyway. I currently teach couples cooking classes and cater out in LA when I'm not dabbling in the restaurant.
