I have since worked hospitality in Resorts, Hotels and Restaurants. I currently work for a luxury senior living center where I prepare from scratch 3 square meals a day, complete with salads and desserts. While following all dietary restriction for the residents. I work every year for Walt Disney World where I prepare dishes for Park Event Operation Kitchen , while also diving into new cuisine at the vast selection of Disney restaurants. On my off time am a private chef where I learn every day and further my skills in the culinary field.
