With 20 years of food industry experience, I have worked in kitchens on 4 continents, run restaurant kitchens on both the savory and pastry sides, catered weddings and other grand events, developed products and consulted on new and old food ventures. My background is rooted in classical cuisines and techniques, but over the years I have expanded my skills to include more modern cooking techniques, as well as diets. I currently focus on seasonal, plant-based cuisine, incorporating my understanding of various culinary traditions from around the world.
