I have worked for talented famous chefs around the world. I have learned a vast knowledge of different types of cuisines and procedures on how to do things perfectly. Very skilled in sauces and in home scratch cooking, spending hours up hours, doing trials on making this taste and look delicious. Anything can range from classic french, fusions, butchery, southern BBQ, or just simple home comfort cooking out of something simple. Not everything has to be technical, I like to make it seem like in any ways everyone can do it as we do it.
