I am the buyer for our award winning wine collection. I have studied with pasta master Walter Zanoni and Melina Puntoriero at Manulina Culinary in Brescia Italy. I have studied historic Italian cooking with Mario Scalera in Bologna. I have taken seminars with Ramon Morato and Jean-Pierre Wybauw. I have good pastry, pizza and pasta making skills. My restaurant was just named one of the top ten small town destination restaurant which put the big cities to shame by Texas Monthy Magazine.
