Executive chef at Artesano


I was formally and professionally trained in classic French cuisine. After completing Sullivan University's culinary arts program I spent several years working as a cook in various styles of cuisine and restaurants before taking a sous chef position for a classically French trained chef. After three years as a sous chef I excepted an Executive Position at St. Charles Exchange in Louisville, KY which I maintained for two years before leaving to join OLE (Oh, Let's Eat) restaurant group. I'm currently holding the Executive Chef of the new Spanish Tapas concept Artesano Tapas Vinos y Mas.
