With 20 years in the hospitality field cooking is my passion. I have shifted my focus as an Executive Chef cooking in traditional brick and mortar restaurants to now working as a Private chef. With an extensive background in seasonal farm to table cooking, cooking healthy nutritionist food for clients for optimal performance is my focus. If your looking for delicious nutrient dense food and learning more about current trends in regards to the lastest superfoods and how to get the most optimal nutrition out of every meal I am the chef that can deliver. Knowledgeable in basic cooking techniques as well as plant based, paleo, ketogenic and whole 30 diets. I'm currently looking to work with athletes how want to unlock their potential through food and nutrition.
