Mario has developed a unique set of skills that combine both world-wide recognized classic-culinary training and up-to-date nutrition knowledge, by completing a four year B.S. Degree in Culinary Nutrition (a Didactic Program in Dietetics) accredited by ACEND of the Academy of Nutrition and Dietetics (AND). The latter provided him with a true understanding on how food can be utilized to help people and athlete's reach their dietary goals. Along with these accreditaions, Mario is a proactive team-driven worker, who has worked in intercultural kitchen environments with an industry experience of four and a half-years, ranging from "Commis" all the way to Lead Line Cook.
