I am a Chicago native who studied at the Culinary Institute of America in Hyde Park, NY. I have traveled extensively through out the United States, Mexico, Central, South America and Europe. What I have learned and developed, has been my palette. And an understanding of flavor profiles through various techniques of cooking. Ending, with a humble but successfully executed dish.
