I am also HACCP and SafeFood certified. I have worked in restaurants and institutional cooking and am currently a private chef in the Twin Cities area of Minnesota. I love "slow" cooking. Not necessarily with a slow cooker but those dishes that take all day nurturing. I have an affinity for sauces and am known for my creativity, specifically in terms of making something out of ordinary and common ingredients from your kitchen.
