Summary

I come from an Italian/American background of home cooking. Since 18 iv been working in restaurants learning wide varieties of fresh fish, Asian and california quisine. Iv mixed in front house experience to better my overall restaurant knowledge.I attended culinary school at 21 and am currently a working sous chef. Cooking is my passion and I love sharing my knowledge and experience with my fellow eaters.
