After working in various industries in Rio de Janeiro, I followed my passion for cooking and received training in the kitchens of Todd English, Ming Tsai, Daniele Baliani and Anthony Caturano. I continued my path in the industry as an executive chef of acclaimed Boston restaurant group “Todd English Enterprises"; and then later worked as an executive chef along Daniele Baliani at Sauce and Executive Sous Chef at Prezza. I have passion for food and culture and have lived and worked abroad at various stages of my career; becoming fluent in Spanish and English. With my diverse culinary experience, strong management skills, my ability to delegate and inspire the team as well as create and maintain successful operations; I am able to deliver a truly unique and authentic product with the highest quality.
