" Born and raised in Southern Italy, Chef Luigi Sellaro developed a passion for food at a young age. After graduating from the top Culinary school in Milan (IPSAR A. Vespucci) he quickly moved on to opening his own Italian cuisine Restaurant in the well known neighborhood of Navigli. His creativity has led him to win over ten silver medals in various national and international culinary competitions, and he is also a part of the "Association of Chefs in Milan" www.milanocuochi.it Chef Sellaro moved to Toronto in 2012 and is currently the Chef at Sotto Sotto Toronto."
