I have written recipes and designed menus for cancer patients in remission, patients with renal failure, Type I Diabetes, morbid obesity and celiac disease for 3 hospitals. I am an endurance athlete, competing in 100-200 mile cycling events, Ultra trail running, long distance backpacking, skiing and mountaineering. I am an Advisor to the Fresh Starts Culinary Academy, Novato, CA, taking the "homeless" to "hopefull". I design nutrition plans for athletes wishing achieve peak performance.
