I love blending flavors and ingredients to produce my personal brand of International Fusion cuisine. I create dishes that combine local ingredients with exotic spices and fresh herbs to create food that is layered with flavor and soulful intent. Bland is never on the menu but food that is impactful, creative and memorable always is.
