Over 25 years marketing and food experience including positions in product management with consumer packaged goods companies such as Clairol, Ideal Toys & Chiquita Brands. I have co-owned two restaurants where I did all of the marketing, helped with day to day operations and was Pastry Chef as well. I have been a pastry chef for over 20 years and have recently started importing wines from France and have a certificate for sommelier studies. For other clients, I have gotten them on television to help promote both themselves and their products. I have over 15 years experience with food consulting specifically working on getting a client's product to market beginning with packaging and going down the line to create a marketing plan necessary to get the product either to retail or a distributor. Several years ago I marketed a bbq sauce for the restaurant I co-owned for which I helped design the logo and package and got on the shelves of several local bbq retail stores. As a result of over 20 years of actively being in the restaurant business, I am a restaurant consultant as well and have helped several small restaurants to renew their original concepts to increase traffic flow and profits. As a culinary person, I have also done a great deal of newspaper articles on food and restaurants, helped to put cookbooks together, done television pastry demos, won competitions and done just about everything else there is to do within the food business which is never ending. I walk and talk marketing and food and there isn't a day that passes that I don't put two products/people together at the super minimum! There is a deal to be made everyday if you keep your eyes and ears open!
