Summary

I am a 2006 graduate of Western Culinary Institute - Le Cordon Bleu in Portland, OR. I have been baking my way up the culinary ladder since, from mom & pop bakeries, to wholesale bread baking, steakhouses and a Travel & Leisure #1 rated resort in the world. I have also had the pleasure of writing about food in a local publication, called Noise & Color. I currently oversee the new bakery operations for a local coffee bar in Billings, MT.
