My specialty is Caribbean, but I am experienced in a plethora of other cuisines . I have 10 years leadership and culinary experience in the culinary/ foodservice industry. I have been privileged enough to have enjoyed many facets of the foodservice industry, as a Chef Instructor, Culinary Manager, Personal Chef and Consultant,to name a few. Food is my passion and has been my passion since I was 5 years old and made my first cake. I also focus on FOH and BOH training for most of my consulting clients.
