Share your talents, background and expertise.I am a graduate of Le Cordon Blue of Portland Oregon. I have worked in the food industry for the last 10+ years and have a variety of experience. I currently work as a Chef Instructor at Sur La Table in Idaho and love teaching people new things. I also run a food blog, acooksview.com, where I write about what I am cooking and new foods and techniques I am learning and playing around with. I have recently really gotten into cooking with my immersion circulator and love all things sous vide.
