Summary

I have worked in the fine dining food service industry for 8 years. I have competed numerous times in different levels of culinary competitions and held leadership roles in a commerical kitchen since the age of 19. Currently I am holding the position of President for the A.C.F. Springfield/Branson Chapter along with event planning. In 2011 I owned and ran a 100% legal catering business. If there's one thing I've learned in this business it's to never say no and watch the opportunities grow.
