Kurt has a Culinary Arts Degree from Johnson County Community College in Overland Park Kansas. Kurt was an executive chef for many restaurants throughout the United States in addition owned and operated The Paradise Grill restaurant in Branson, MO. Kurt continues to work closely with the foodservice community. Kurt serves on the board for the Louisville Chapter of the Kentucky Restaurant Association, The State board for the Kentucky Restaurant Association. Kurt chairs committees for The Taste of Louisville. Kurt is a contributing writer and industry expert to America's Laundry News, Textile Rental Service magazine and The Green Guide of Louisville. Kurt continues to have a passion for the restaurant business and is currently writing a cookbook.
