As most of us have, I started out as a line cook and continued to progress over the years as I learned and developed as a culinary leader. I have worked on both sides of the "fence" so to speak (front of house & back of house) and that has given me a clear understanding of our business through and through. I am currently the Senior Executive Chef at Macy's and manage our National Food Division operations coast to coast.
