Currently obligated to six more months of schooling at Johnson and Wales university where I am completing my bachelors degree in food service management. I believe I am thoroughly submerged in food culture wherever it presents itself. I spend my off hours experimenting with food and hosting dinner parties. I am a wine enthusiast and I enjoy pairing various wines with my foods. I am working towards my second and third wine specialist certifications this year, as well.
