Summary

I did my training in Australia at the Radisson Playford hotel for 6 years before moving to London, England for 4 years and worked for the Soho house group. Then later moved to Whistler BC and worked at the fine dining Araxi restaurant for two years and then made the move to Toronto and now currently working at the a Montecito restaurant as the Senior Sous chef.
