Me personally have been in the industry of hospitality for approx. 40 years. Have seen and, or been apart of the industries wealth and failure. i have been through recessions and the boom. Have opened 3 different restaurants free standing and or part of flagged hotels. One year at a flagged hotel I received manager of the year which is hard for a chef to receive. Have plaques and paper clippings from where I am located. Designed many menu's for golf courses, Hotels and restaurants.
