Share your talents, background and expertise.I have been cooking large quantity cooking since 1982, I started in the Army @ Fort Lee, Va. Quartermaster School I worked as a Food Service Specialist & traveled to Germany, in1984 I left active duty joined the reserves as a cook. I attended and obtained a certificate from NY Food & Hotel Management for commercial cooking and catering in 1985. I went back on active duty as a F.S.S. in 1986 traveled to Texas, and then back to Germany until 1991. I obtained a Job as a cook in Goldwater Memorial Hospital, eventually became a supervisor, I worked there for a few years, before I became the lowest graded cook with the Dept. of Veterans Affairs, after two promotions I became the Cook's Supervisor, I am responsible for the production for nine VA Hospitals using the quick chill method. I am Servsafe Certified and very knowledgeable of HAACP procedures. I am currently the senior supervisor. I am also the owner of Chef Mo-bile Saint Albans LLC.
