Summary

I am a Classically trained Chef. I Attended Johnson & Wales University then transferred and graduated from California Culinary Academy. I did my internship at "The Food Network". I then moved to New Orleans and started my 16 year career of cooking at "Commander's Palace". There is where I found out that I am allergic to shellfish. I have since spent the majority of my career as a Chef Instructor. I have also done my fair share of Catering. I currently offer Private Cooking Classes to people in their homes. All of these experiences combined have given me amazing oppertunities for sharing my training and knowledge. I have been a "911 On-Call Chef" for friends and family for years. I would like to contine sharing my knowledge and helping others on this site.
