After completing the culinary program in high school, I attended the Le Cordon Bleu College of Culinary Arts where I received an Associates of Applied Science in Culinary Arts, and I am currently working on a Bachelors Science in Food and Nutrition in Business and Industry. This is one major, which essentially combined the concepts of Nutrition and Food Science for people who are interested in knowing about both. I am a southern girl who uses a style known as PDS (pinch, dash, smidgen) cookin'. You can win my heart with bacon, puns, and Harry Potter.
