Qualified as a Chef in the Royal Navy in 1992, received awards as a young chef in 94-95 also first prize for creative cuisine. Cooked for senior and VIP officers including Royalty. Released from service in 1997. Fulfilled a successful career on commercial shipping as CDP- Executive Chef on board a variety of vessels from Fishing Trawler, Multi role survey through to intern ational cruise ships, companies included, P&O UK ( ORIANA) CUNARD ( QUEEN MARY 2 ) SEABOURN ( PRIDE ) and Royal Carribean. Also holding temporary positions between ships in a variety of venues from pub bistro to 3,4 and 5 star hotels and resorts. On board Queen Mary 2 I made my debut public performances as a Chef presenter in the ships Chefs Galley restaurant, which was also broadcast on the ships TV Network. Now living in Australia I am a self employed freelance, private Chef, caterer, media chef and product promoter, having been sponsored by a multitude of brands including Electrolux, AEG and Yonanas and have featured on Television as a Celebrity Chef on C31 and Foxtel. At present taking interest although not fluent in Molecular techniques.
