I have made menus and recipes for gyms, catering, steakhouses, large social functions, weight loss programs, recipes for people that cannot have more then 20% of fat in there daily diet, fine dining restaurants, seafood and oyster bars, wine pairings, personal family meals and small high end functions. I have worked with a variety of cuisine from around the world. If I had to say I have one specialty that exceeds the others it would be catering functions and gatherings of all kinds.
