Im a chef in the great state of Utah and I am currently a sous chef at an Italian restaurant in the Salt Lake International Airport. I have been cooking all my life. This is because almost every member in my family is a competitive cook, so i'm very serious about food. As I got older and looked toward my future goals I hit a fork in the road. So after debating between culinary school or pharmacy school, I had to follow my heart. One of my specialties are sauces, I consider myself a saucier (sauce chef). I am married with 4 kids and I am currently in the works of opening my own restaurant!
