After my time in high school I want to culinary school where I gained my educatuion in hospitality management. As I progressed throughout the years I've worked too many chefs that taught me and show me many new things to bring me to where I am today. I have cooked with many different cuisines as an Italian,French, Latin,and even Asian. I am focused to cook with ingredients that are in seasons and most important locally grown, as I'm big supporter farm to table ingredients. Whenever cooking I always highlight the main dish and letting the flavor speaker itself without without adding too many ingredients and flavors.
