Well I'm a pretty easy going guy. Love to cook so you love to eat I can try to help with any questions you may have. I have been working in kitchens most of my life. Started very young at home and by the time I was 15 I was working with a family member that had a catering business. I went the the CIA (Culinary Institute of America) in Hyde Park, NY that is one of the top culinary schools in the world. Well rounded knowledge of most American foods and some international foods. Was in healthcare cooking for a bit as well
