John interned and was hired for the “Godfather” of American cuisine Larry Forgione at his restaurant An American Place in NYC. Over the past few decades John has learned: the importance of selecting the best food products for service, respect the food products he is working with; studied different cuisines and enhanced his palate; and bolstered his creativity all by working with some of the top 10 chefs in the New Jersey. John also believes that education in the kitchen is as important as good food and cooking skills; and shares his knowledge and newfound information with his culinary team on a daily basis.
