I have been cooking for the better part of my life. I love to teach, soups, salads, and wild game. Some of my signature dishes include New England clam chowder, wild boar Wellington, stuffed and broiled portobello mushrooms. One of the first jobs I was hired for after college was to write a menu for a local coffee shop. It's still running to this day.
