Share your talents, background and expertise.Beginning in a humble Kentucky home, I grew up cooking with my great grandmother. I would never have guessed that I would be cooking for an NFL team. I started my career at a gas station pizza place. Once I graduated from high school, I got my culinary degree from Sullivan University in Louisville, Kentucky. After earning my culinary degree I attended and graduated from Western Kentucky University with my Bachelor's degree in Hotel, Restaurant and Tourism Management. Shortly after i graduated from Western Kentucky University I began a new job as a Sous Chef for the University of Missouri-Columbia (MIZZOU). During my time at Mizzou I worked at a residential establishment and a retail establishment. I managed five retail restaurants. My duties included all menu writing, inventory management, recipe implementation, culinary training, cost control, menu pricing, ordering, catering events of up to 1000 people and personel management. Currently I work for an NFL Professional Football Team in Kansas City, Missouri. I cook for the team, coaching staff and office staff on a daily basis. I also manage catering for parties during football games.
