I'm the co-founder and executive chef of I Forgot It's Wednesday: the Supperclub. We're an intimate, immersive dining experience that was just voted Best Supperclub in SF by 7x7 magazine! I have a Diploma in Culinary Arts from Institute of Culinary Education (NYC) and am an MBA candidate at Columbia Business School. I do private cheffing and culinary / restaurant consulting in addition to running the supperclub!
