Hello and greetings, My name is Jenn and I am chef that has been in the food service industry for over 20 years. I am a graduate of Johnson and Wales University in Providence, Rhode Island. I have worked in various fields over the years, catering, hotels, private dining, banquets, on and off premise catering, school food service, food sales, and casual dining. My culinary background is pretty well rounded, however, I love to learn about new cooking techniques, food and different cuisines. Food is my passion and I would love to share that with you. I am a big advocate of using the fresh fruits, vegetables, meats and poultry, and herbs, but I know how to work with what you already have in your home to make an awesome meal for your family! I believe everyone can cook with the right guidance and patience, but you have to be willing to try at least to get the results you want. I will try my best to help you, because I want to see you succeed and do well. I am not afraid to bust out a cookbook or use Google to obtain the correct answer, we are all here to learn.
