Executive Chef at George's Brasserie


I did an apprenticeship at a small French bistro outside of NYC. I worked my way up to the Executive Chef position. After that, I left to go work in a four star, fine dining establishment, whose food was rooting in French cuisine. I left there to move to Charlotte, NC where I attained an Executive Chef position at George's Brasserie.
