Over 25 years as a trained culinary chef from 4 and 5 star hotels to top restaurants from California to Seattle. Experienced as a personal chef to many private executives and entrepreneurs from around the world. Trained in Italian and French cuisine and studied languages. Knowledge of Latin and Pan Asian cuisine as well as new and classic American Comfort food. Received multiple 2-4star reviews as a chef and winner of 2 silver medal ACF awards. Experienced in restaurant consulting in both front and back of the house as well as a GM for Nordstrom Restaurant division Seattle Washington where customer service and employee relationships were of the highest value from leadership . A career highlight was receiving a letter of recommendation from the Republican Senator and Presidential elect Robert Dole to work at The White House in 2004 as part of the culinary team.I have been an invited chef on the CBS Emmy winning daytime talk show The Talk and have done numerous charity events from Los Angeles to Seattle, including the Art of Elysium's Heaven Gala 2014. I enjoy sharing and teaching about current food trends and how to meet the demands of today's and tomorrow's dining generation. I love being a part of the university's culture and community that I believe is a driving force of how the next generation of diverse cultures will choose to eat
