Worked for a couple of restaurants such as The Breadfruit which is a jamaican restaurant, also worked at The Art of Soup mostly as a prep cook. I worked at the Westin Hotel for a while doing alot of banquet work. In 2012 i started working at a private golf club as a soux chef running the kitchen for breakfast and lunch.
