Share your talents, background and expertise.I am currently the Executive Chef at Whirlpools North American Headquarters building in Benton Harbor Michigan. I was first trained in the US Army’s culinary program and then went on to do apprentiships at high end restaurants around the southwestern Michigan area. I have worked in small mom and pop shops and multimillion dollar catering companies. I have my own line of all natural seasoning salts that are super easy to use. My wife Melanie owns and operates the Lazy Ballerina Winery here is St. Joseph Michigan. I make some of the wines that she sells there. I also make beer in my spare time if you have any fermentation questions. I have done everything in the kitchen and still learning every day.
