I have years of experience as a recreational cooking instructor to to both children and adults, as a line cook in serveral restaurants, a personal chef and caterer, and just recently I have ventured into the world of food styling for tv shows. Cooking is about creating a delicious dish with amazing ingredients or sometimes not so amazing ingredients. Food is what sustains us but brings family and friends closer together.
