Summary

My passion for healthy cooking lead me to work as the Alternative Foods Chef at a summer camp in which I cooked for campers and staff with dietary restrictions. This challenged me to use unconventional ingredients to create hearty and healthy comfort food for both kids and adults alike. I specialize in vegetarian, vegan, and allergy sensitive cooking and like to make hearty, healthy comfort food.
