Food and cooking is my world! I have been in the restaurant industry for over 15 years, working in many different types of restaurants and cooking many different kinds of food. I was at the top of my class at Liaison College in Toronto, where I was professionally trained to be a chef and loved every moment of it. Although I can cook a very wide variety of styles of foods with different methods, I am a master when it comes to cooking any type of meat on the BBQ or grill, slow roasted, braised or smoked. West Indian food is also a passion of mine, although I love experimenting with different flavour profiles from around the world and have worked at restaurants where I have mastered other types of cuisines. At home, I very much cook a fusion of styles depending on what we have in the fridge, or what was on sale at the grocery store. In the past few years I have started living a healthier lifestyle and because of my expertise, I'm still able to enjoy flavourful and satisfying meals. With my knowledge and experience, I hope I can be of assistance to you!
