Welcome Food Aficionados! Since you are here , you must be a gourmand, or on your way, or simply love to cook. Well , so do I and I have spent the last 30+ years doing just that. From my first real experience in a kitchen in Lyons, France with a starred Michelin Chef—to Los Angeles, CA , Aspen, CO, the Hamptons and here in New YorkCity As well, I have been a personal chef to some celebrities—one of my favorites was Kelsey Grammer of “Frasier” fame.... Also, I owned a small restaurant in the Roaring Fork Valley on the western slope of the Colorado Rockies as well as several catering businesses. Presently, I still hold private cooking classes and have done numerous cooking demos.
